Twas the day after Christmas, and here in Japan Kohaku's first Christmas went just as planned. The stocking was set right next to the tree (They're almost exactly the same size, you see). Inside were gifts from Grandma Colleen, With love from Oregon, where the stocking had been. The tree itself was "fiber optic" white, Kohaku was thrilled with the twinkling lights. Well, things haven't gone quite as planned.  Of course! Phew!  Long time no see! I feel like I've been away forever :snowing: I have good news... December 9th, 2012, my son was born! :squee:  He is a health, happy little guy, and for the last three months, I've been only taking care of him.  Now he is well settled into life at home, and I'm starting to try to get back to my routine.   I'd like to thank everyone for sticking with me through my long long absence.  I'm still not sure how often I can be on line, but I'll do my best (I'm still learning to juggle mommy time and my time).  I can't wait to seen what everyone else has been up to, as well!
